Organization

In addition to the Parent Company, Hemtex AB, the Hemtex Group consists of the subsidiaries Hemtex Oy in Finland, Hemtex A/S in Denmark, Hemtex AS in Norway, Hemtex Shanghai Co., Ltd. and Hemtex Finans AB. Hemtex’s head office is located in Borås, Sweden. In addition to Group management, it also includes the purchasing, marketing and sales, new stores, store operations, finance and personnel, IT and logistics departments. There are sales departments in Finland, Denmark and Norway to cater for each market.

Hemtex is managed by a centralized management group and organized by country. The management group is responsible for key functions such as purchasing, design and marketing communications, as well as for new store openings and developing standards for construction, layout and design of stores.
