Audit Committee

The Audit Committee is appointed by the Board of Directors and its task is to establish principles for and to quality assure the company’s financial reporting and internal control.

The Audit Committee comprises the members Mats Holgersson (chairman), Ingemar Charleson and Meta Persdotter.
