Listing information

The Board of Directors of Hemtex AB (publ) and the company’s shareholders resolved on September 15, 2005 to implement a spreading of the ownership of the Hemtex shares. The ownership spread was implemented through a combined new share issue and the sale of existing shares.

The offering comprised a total of 10,396,794 shares, corresponding to 37.1% of the shares and voting rights in Hemtex. The total value of the offering, including the surplus allotment option, amounted to SEK 582 M. The offering was oversubscribed by about 18 times. Of the offering, approximately 85% was allotted to institutional investor and approximately 15% to private individuals.

The company’s shares were listed on the Stockholm Stock Exchange’s O List on October 6, 2005.
